USE OF INFORMATION

By submitting my contact details to Client Funnels Ltd, I give permission to be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, email, and post. This includes info, offers, updates, and WhatsApp messages that are relevant to my business growth and sales.
I understand the trainings and sessions I attend may include content that is copyrighted and confidential. No part of this may be reproduced or shared without written permission from Client Funnels Ltd.

I can unsubscribe or opt out at any time via the link in any message. Once I opt out, I won’t receive further comms—unless I sign up again.

TERMS OF BOOKING: LIVE EVENTS & TRAININGS

All bookings made on-site are final—no cancellations or refunds.
Online/remote bookings have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within that, I may request a refund via email to paul@clientfunnels.co.uk. Refunds are only processed if the following are met:
- Written reason for cancellation.
- Copy of my payment receipt.
- My full name, email, phone, and address.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 31 working days. No refunds if steps above are missed.

Payment Plans

If I’m on a payment plan, I agree to pay all instalments on time. If I miss one and it’s unpaid for 30+ days, the full balance becomes due immediately.

TERMS OF BOOKING: WHATSAPP SALES SYSTEM PROGRAMMES (DWY/DFY)

Same refund conditions apply—14-day cooling-off period for remote purchases, processed via paul@clientfunnels.co.uk, following the same documentation rules above.

Payment Plan Defaults

If I default on payments for over 30 days:
- Access is paused.
- Bonuses are revoked.
- Entire outstanding balance becomes due.
- I lose access to all programme materials and am not entitled to any refund of prior payments.

ACCESS & LICENSING TERMS (WHATSAPP SALES SYSTEM PROGRAMMES)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all WhatsApp Sales System Programmes are sold with single-user access. This means one purchase = one user.

For the avoidance of doubt:

Login details; including usernames, passwords, portal links, and any access credentials—must not be shared with colleagues, contractors, team members, friends, or any third party.

Programme materials, templates, videos, scripts, systems, frameworks, and resources are provided strictly for internal use within the purchasing individual’s role.

Programme access, materials, or systems must not be reproduced, resold, distributed, uploaded, or made available to others, in any format, without written permission from Client Funnels Ltd.

Any attempt to create competing products, training, or services based on these materials is strictly prohibited.

If an organisation wishes to provide access to multiple team members, additional seats must be purchased.

Client Funnels Ltd reserves the right to:

- Suspend or revoke access without refund if unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or password misuse is detected.

- Track access activity, including login locations and account behaviour, to protect the integrity of the programme.

- Decline or remove access for individuals or organisations who breach these terms.

COMMITMENT CLAUSE

If my offer includes a Money Back Guarantee based on results, I agree to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions and meetings.
- Complete all agreed tasks.
- Communicate with the Client Funnels team if I’m stuck.
If I skip any of the above, I void any right to a refund.

WHATSAPP PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY

Client Funnels Ltd provides sales systems and campaigns designed for use with WhatsApp. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their business, account, and intended use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policies.

We are not liable for:

The buyer’s ability to gain or maintain access to WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Business App.

Any restrictions, limitations, bans, or shutdowns imposed by WhatsApp or its parent company (Meta).

If the buyer’s WhatsApp account is blocked, limited, or declined, no refund will be issued. This includes but is not limited to: policy violations, account ineligibility, region-specific restrictions, or poor sender reputation.

Client Funnels accepts no responsibility for third-party platform compliance.

THIRD-PARTY AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

Client Funnels Ltd is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by WATI, WhatsApp, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any use of these platforms or tools is done at the buyer’s discretion.

All strategies and systems are built independently based on publicly available features and do not represent official partnerships or recommendations from the aforementioned companies.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Client Funnels Ltd does not guarantee:

- Income results

- Sales results

- Lead volume

- Business outcomes

All results vary depending on personal implementation, effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

Testimonials represent individual results and are not guarantees of performance.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY & PLATFORM DOWNTIME

Access to programme content may occasionally be interrupted due to:

- Technical issues

- Maintenance

- Third-party platform outages

- Changes to WhatsApp, Meta, or related APIs

Client Funnels Ltd is not liable for interruptions and such downtime does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

NO CHARGEBACKS / PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing, I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered.

If a chargeback is initiated, Client Funnels Ltd reserves the right to:

- Provide evidence to the payment provider

- Invoice the buyer for the outstanding balance

- Terminate access to all current and future programmes

COMMUNITY & PARTICIPATION BEHAVIOUR (IF APPLICABLE)

Where group calls, communities, messaging groups, or shared environments exist, Client Funnels Ltd reserves the right to remove participants who:

- Behave abusively or disruptively

- Violate confidentiality

- Promote competing services

- Attempt to solicit other participants

Removal for behaviour issues does not entitle the participant to a refund.

DATA PROTECTION & GDPR

Client Funnels Ltd complies with UK GDPR.

Personal data is collected for communication and service delivery.

Data may be stored using third-party processors (e.g., CRM tools, marketing platforms).

Users may request correction or deletion of their data at any time.

RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS

Client Funnels Ltd reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect:

- Platform changes

- Legal requirements

- Programme updates

- Delivery changes

Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to all ongoing programme access.

LIFETIME ACCESS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

If “lifetime access” is included in a specific offer, it refers to the lifetime of the programme, not the buyer’s personal lifetime.

Client Funnels Ltd may update, modify, retire, or remove content as necessary.

FORCE MAJEURE

Client Funnels Ltd is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

- Illness

- Natural disasters

- Technical outages

- Platform or API changes

- War, strikes, or government actions

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
